THE FOUR STAGES OF WOMEN – THE ARCHETYPES
The Maiden, the Mother, the Wild Woman/Witch and the Witch/Elderly signify the four main stages that women go through throughout the duration of our lives and every month throughout our monthly cycle.
Travelling through each stage of femininity every month can feel as if we are pulling the rug under us, if we are not aware of the transitions that are taking place. But if we start to see this as an invitation to incorporate each of the female archetypes (the Maiden, the Mother, the Wild Woman/Witch and the Witch/Elder), everything changes. As we move forward with each of these archetypes, we are invited to recover every aspect of who we are as a woman every month. Surrender to what is flourishing and growing in us, as well as what is leaving us.
In honour of the wild woman that exists within all of us, I decided to create this beautiful colouring page, so that when ready, you place it in a special place in your home so that you can thus, revere her whenever you can.
