I AM ENOUGH! Mindful Colouring

I keep hearing “meditation” everywhere as if this was something easy and achievable by everyone by simply “sitting down on a cushion while closing our eyes”. Well, it could be that easy, but unfortunately for someone that has never had any contact with this universe and maybe contact with some techniques, it might be quite hard.

While thinking about this and how I could find alternative ways to achieve the same results, I’ve decided to create my own colouring pages where I could colour while affirming to myself what I need.

So here it is. I will create some pages every week and put here so you too can download, meditate, affirmate and have fun! You just need to print & start colouring!
